On the 1st of October Hungarian members of the EUFOR Multinational Battalion took part in a teambuilding exercise, walking in the area around Bjelašnica. 130 people were on the walk, the second time that the MNBN have conducted the activity this year. Joining the Hungarian soldiers were other members of EUFOR including Austrian staff.
Teambuilding opportunity
The walk started in cold, foggy conditions however once the personnel reached the top of their route they were rewarded with clear skies. The aim of the walk was teambuilding, allowing the soldiers some time to get to know each other away from their day to day tasks. Lieutenant Colonel Reinhard Bacher, the commander of the MNBN said: ‘I am happy that the second alpine march worked so well. I thought all the participants performed very well in the conditions’
