EUFOR personnel conducted a force protection exercise. The EUFOR force protection security personnel are alert 24/7 and were exercised in a number of scenarios.

Their response to security threats required a coordination of different force protection capability assets that included emergency vehicles from medical staff and fire brigade. The main body of exercise personnel were drawn from Turkish MNBN personnel.
The exercise was observed by staff of EUFOR HQ and COMEUFOR Major General Alexander Platzer.
